By accessing and using MicroInfluence ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MicroInfluence is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create product promotional content using AI-generated influencer personas. The Service includes image generation, text generation, and product data extraction features.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Free tier: 4 generations with watermark
• Starter pack: $25 for 100 credits (no watermark)
• Pro pack: $150 for 1000 credits (no watermark)
• Credits are non-refundable and expire 6 months after purchase
• One credit is consumed per complete generation (image + text)
• Failed generations may not consume credits at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate real people without authorization
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the AI systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service

6. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload (profile pictures, product images, etc.).

Generated Content: Content generated by the Service (AI images and text) is provided for your commercial use. However, due to the nature of AI generation, we cannot guarantee absolute uniqueness or ownership rights. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, or inappropriate results. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroInfluence and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience technical issues preventing you from using purchased credits, please contact support at info+microinfluence@theadamlabs.com.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
